The Christian
Formation Course has been running in various locations across
the diocese since 1998. It is a three year course inviting
participants to reflect on their life experience in the light of
the wisdom of the Catholic Tradition. It is open to all people who
are at a point in their life where they would like to embark on
such a journey.
Participants meet
weekly during term time. The experience of community and shared
learning is central to the course.
Currently the Christian
Formation Course is in its second year in the East Lakes Region,
meeting at Windale on Thursday nights from 6.30 - 9.30pm. For
further information follow the links below or contact Colleen or
Margaret. All who want to 'come and see' are welcome.

Presentation of Certificates to participants in
the 2007-2009 course hosted by the Chisholm Region and held at the Tenison Woods Education Centre at Lochinvar.
At the end of 2009 14 people concluded their
three year journey in the Christian Formation Course. On
Sunday 11th April, approximately 140 people gathered to
celebrate with them and to present them with their
certificates and acknowledgments.

It was a wonderful, energetic celebration
involving a liturgy, at which Bishop Michael Malone presented
participants with their certificates, and afternoon tea.
